Plus subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and manage/cancel the same way as any other subscription on your device.
CaseTimeline uses Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In — there is no separate username/password login. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from More → Account → Delete account and data.
